operated with a single or double-acting piston
actuator. The actuator is available in two
different materials, PA and PPS depending
on the ambient temperature. The reliable selfadjusting
packing gland provides high sealing
integrity. High fl ow rates are attained with the
stainless steel 2-way body.
These maintenance-free and robust valves
can be retrofi tted with a comprehensive range
of accessories for position indication, stroke

智能显示仪是用来监测阀门工作状态，并控制阀门执行期工作的仪器，它通过两路位置传感器监视阀门的工作状态，判断阀门是处于开阀还是关阀状态，通过编程记录阀门开关的数字，并且有两路与阀门开度对应的4～20mA输出及两足常开常闭输出触点。通过这些输出信号，控制阀门的开关动作。
控制系统
　　PLC在控制系统中的应用越来越广泛，由于本方案是在OMRON的PLC上面作的开发，所以以OMRON的PLC来作介绍。
硬件组成：1台计算机，1套PLC(包括CPU，I/O模块，ID212，OC224，AD003模块)，2个继电器，2个电磁阀，1个气动阀门执行器。
通用要求
1、生产的气动阀规格及类别，应符合管道设计文件的要求。

2、气动阀的型号应注明依据的国标编号要求。若是企业标准，应注明型号的相关说明。
3、气动阀工作压力，要求≥管道的工作压力，在不影响价格的前提下，阀门可承受的工压应大于管道实际的工压；气动阀关闭状况下的任何一侧应能承受1.1倍阀门工压值而不渗漏；阀门开启状况下，阀体应能承受二倍阀门工压的要求。
4、气动阀制造标准，应说明依据的国标编号，若是企业标准，采购合同上应附企业文件。
